This video is demonstrating our heat Wave Instant Reusable Hand warmers. They are each approximately 3 x 5 inches or 8 ½ by 13 centimeters. Once activated they heat up to 135 F or 57 C and then eventually cool down. They last longer when insulated in a mitten or pants pocket and can last up to 1 to 2 hours depending on the ambient temperature and how well they are protected. These are not only excellent for keeping warm, but many people use them for pain relief of arthritis and other small joint pain. The units are made of medical grade vinyl and have a salt water solution in them. Instructions for use are printed right on the units. There is also an activator that you click to initiate the heating process. Once clicked, the liquid will turn into solid in a physical reaction emitting heat. To be able to use these again, simply put them in boiling water, simmer for 10 minutes, let them cool, and they are as good as new.
