Review of: EZ Heat – an instant reusable sodium acetate hand warmer & Eneloop Kairo – a battery powered hand warmer that doubles as a battery charger EZ Heat Pros: • quick and easy to use • great temperature • safe solution Cons: • crystals cool in less than half an hour at room temperature • needs to be boiled for reuse Eneloop Kairo Pros: • lasts at least 1 hour • can have batteries changed • doubles as battery charger • comfortable to hold • comfortable warmth Cons: • wished it was as hot as the EZ Heat The EZ heat lasts a shorter time frame than the Eneloop Kairo but is initially hotter. The EZ heat costs about CDN per packet. The Eneloop Kairo is slightly cooler to the touch than the EZ heat but could potentially be used a lot longer as long as you have spare batteries. The Eneloop Kairo costs about CDN.
